Composure Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Composure Boutique. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help you return or exchange your item quickly and easily.

 

1. Our Return Window ⏳

 

  • You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

  • All items must be shipped back to us within this 30-day window.

 

2. Eligibility and Condition Requirements ✅

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of any odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet scents).

  • Original Tags: All original tags must be attached.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Composure Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) 🚫

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount of 30% or more.

  • Jewelry and Accessories: This includes earrings, necklaces, scarves, belts, and hats.

  • Intimates: This includes hosiery, swimwear, body suits, and lingerie.

 

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange 📝

 

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our customer service team at returns@[YourStoreEmail].com with your Order Number and the names of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable, see Section 5).

  3. Package and Ship: Securely package your items and attach the prepaid label. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location within the 30-day window.

 

5. Refunds and Processing 💳

 

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: We are happy to process exchanges for the same item in a different size, based on availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
